I have submitted the request for a validation code a couple of times, yet it never gets to me.
Is there an alternative way to log in without the validation code?


First off, we are so sorry for your frustration. Please rest assured that we have taken a number of steps to try to insure that emails go through. We are using a professional service (Mandrill) to do our sending. They have one of the highest reputations in the industry to insure deliverability (which by the way is a high 90's percent delivery success rate).

But you say, "great, so I'm in the 1% having trouble, don't I feel special."

There could be a variety of reasons for the non-delivery.  But before we dig any deeper, we need to make sure that the validation code is being delivered and you are not finding it.  Please look over this article to see what could be happening.

Email Delivery Issues (Blocked - Spam - Junk)

If that article does not provide a solution, you need to submit a support ticket to get assistance. You do that by clicking the "help icon" in the upper right side of the navigation bar.  (Question Mark in a circle).

Click the "Contact Us" bar and fill out the on-screen form.


Name and Email: Fill out your full name. Use the same email address to where you are attempting to receive the verification email.

Subject: URGENT: Validation Code Not Coming*


Description: Just state that you need the validation code sent to you.

When you hit "Submit" here's what will happen.

  1. A ticket is created in our Freshdesk Support Center.
  2. An email reply should come back to you verifying that we received your request.
  3. We will look into the matter and will reply back with a solution. That solution may include a clickable link that you can use. 

During normal business hours we should be able to get back to you pretty quickly. After hours it will take a little longer.

*If you begin your subject line with the upper case word "URGENT" it will trigger a text message to our Tier 3 Support Team.
