OCCURRENCE: Occasionally based on size of ticket log
OBSERVATION: Observe when the first number is greater than the second number (e.g. 50) it will generate this warning. The first number (e.g. 77) can be any number that is greater than 50.
ACTION: Escalate to Tier 3. This is not "urgent" but needs to be taken care of when possible. Otherwise it will generate a new ticket every day.
