OCCURRENCE: Anytime.


OBSERVATION: It may be a problem. There are occasional times where this happens because of a break in the network connection. It becomes a problem when this is happening frequently. Frequent would be 3 or more within an hour. Or everyday at the same time.


ACTION: If infrequent, then set to monitor (s & select monitor scenario). If frequent, assign to Tier 3 as adding a 'High' priority
