OCCURRENCE: Anytime.

OBSERVATION: This is an example of a spambot hitting our server. The spammer will often use the same subject line multiple times in a row. Eventually we need to build in a better submission feature so that these do not generate all of these tickets, but for now we are not able to get that programming done, so we need to handle them all manually.

ACTION: Mark these as spam, but if they are coming very rapidly and generating a lot of new tickets. Contact Tier 3 to have an automation rule put up to block this spam.
