OCCURRENCE: Anytime.

OBSERVATION: The ticket should look similar to the above image. If all is fine, follow standard action. If different, escalate as a problem.

ACTION: If the image is fine, then merge this ticket into the GROUP ticket of #17002. If different, then escalate to Tier 3.  After merging all the similar tickets, delete the note notification that states that you “merged the tickets No. 12345 and No. 12345” so that only the relevant information is left to fix the issue in the future
