OBSERVATION: When a person replies to a reminder, they typically have another question not specifically related to the reminder. The exception would be when the link doesn't work.
ACTION: Review the content. If the topic does NOT require the notification email (e.g. they are not having a link or access problem), then delete the original notification copied email. Change the subject line to be more descriptive and assign it to the appropriate group to take action.
