OBSERVATION: The ticket should look similar to the above image. It will have a name and some other information. If all is fine, follow standard action. If different, escalate as a problem.
ACTION: If the image is fine, assign it to User Experience, without a specific Agent. Add the Do Paul Tag so further action can be taken. When it states the need of assistance with the Devotional Sign-Up, Use canned response “Assistance with Devotional Signup”.
