OCCURRENCE: Anytime.


OBSERVATION: All the notifications made because of our or someone else’s activity on our social media should come by from time to time. Some examples are notifications from Facebook activity, Youtube comments, or instagram new followers. 


ACTION: If the ticket comes from a no-reply@ social media, you should execute scenario “04. Engagement Prospect” then make sure that the tag “Engagement” is added as well.
